DK Kids Health Measures
Dear Dance Kaleidoscope Family:
At the studio and our public areas, the well-being of our community is of the utmost importance. At this time we are taking extra care to make our spaces even safer for all. With the prolonged flu-season and new concerns surrounding the threat of COVID-19 (the infectious disease caused by coronavirus), we are taking extra measures to clean and disinfect our studios and public areas.
As DK’s studios, lobbies and performance spaces are public facilities, we ask that you continue to do your part by keeping in mind the following directives:
- Regularly and thoroughly clean your hands by washing them with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
- Make sure you, and the people around you, follow good respiratory hygiene. Cover your mouth and nose with your bent elbow or tissue when you cough or sneeze and dispose of any used tissues in the trash receptacles immediately after use.
- Stay home if you feel unwell. If you have a fever, cough and/or difficulty breathing, seek medical attention. Follow the directions of your local health authority.
Dance instructors: please wipe down all barres and door handles before and after each class to be as careful as possible to disinfect areas hands touch.
When available, DK provides hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes in our rooms at the annex and we encourage you to use them to wipe down surfaces as you see fit. Please use your best judgment and we will continue to keep our space as safe as possible.
Thank you and stay safe and healthy!
