DK has a safe, welcoming artistic home that’s filled with light. The dancers and students are thrilled — “We have a space where we can connect with the community and grow as a company,” said dancer Emily Dyson.
“For DK, this represents years of dreams to have this much-needed place we can truly call home,” said DK Artistic Director David Hochoy. “The DK Studios will enable us to grow, and to share the art of contemporary dance throughout Indianapolis.”
About the Space
Our space at 1125 E. Brookside Avenue, Suite D5 has two large dance studios with sprung floors, a costume shop/storage space, and a multi-purpose room where we hope to partner with the local neighborhood. DK’s administrative office/mailing address remains at 4603 Clarendon Ave., Ste 32, Indianapolis, IN 46208.
What’s Happening
We teach evening/weekend public dance classes for children and adults. Taught by our professional dancers, classes include ballet, jazz, and hip hop.
