Featuring a world premiere by the 26/27 Jaffee & Hall Emerging Choreographer Natasha Adorlee, City on Fire by Sean Aaron Carmon, and the company premiere of Capitol Suite by Joshua Blake Carter.
Joshua’s work promises glamour, humor and plenty of surprises and is inspired by Rufus Wainwright’s reimagining of Judy Garland’s iconic Capitol-era music featuring familiar favorites including Come Rain or Come Shine and The Trolley Song.
Featuring world premieres by guest choreographer Robert Battle, former Artistic Director of Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre and current Resident Choreographer of the Paul Taylor Dance Company, and Artistic Director Joshua Blake Carter, as well as a revival of David Hochoy‘s iconic iconoGlass.
