It's production week! We are all very excited to get into the theatre on Wednesday for this week's performances of COLE! starting on Thursday evening. The dancers have been working hard on it and you can see the fruits of our labor when you come see the show. This week was short because of the Memorial Day holiday on Monday. On Tuesday we concentrated on Act 2 since it has had a little less rehearsal time. Plus, we haven't done it since 2002! (We did Act 1 in 2007). On Wednesday we were ready to start running the entire show. These run-throughs are very valuable for the dancers, because they get a sense of the pacing of the show, and the arc of the entire performance. On Friday we had our much anticipated studio dress. Cheryl Sparks, our costume designer has done a magnificent job of refurbishing the costumes, and they look fresh and colorful. We're ready.....see you in the theatre!
